As a qualified Personal Trainer (Along with my many years as a professional dancer) I aim to help teach you how to correctly train your body, advise and promote a healthy sustainable nutrition plan and create long term improvements not only to your physique but your mindset around fitness.
I want to give everyone the confidence to be in the weights area, help empower you whatever your goals may be, and erase any negative mindset when it comes to exercise. I want to challenge you and push you beyond what your current beliefs but most importantly celebrate just how much you are capable of.
